As you probably already know, the Dream Catchers are a dance group made up of young under-privileged children from Ikorodu.
They have been gaining steady recognition after a video of them dancing to “Nowo” byDj Spinall & Wizkid went viral, catching the attention of international superstars like Rihanna, Naomi Campbell and Diddy.
The attention has clearly paid off, as when Naomi Campbell came to Lagos, she paid them a visit and they also performed at BBK’s Homecoming concert alongside Skepta, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage and more.
In order to keep us interested in them and keep the current buzz about them afloat, the dance crew have just released an adorable dance cover to Davido’s hit, “Fia“.
“Fia” is not exactly a song you’d expect to see choreographed dance to, even though it bangs in the club.
These kids present a dance routine which matches the song and infuses popular dances of today, like shaku shaku, gwara gwara and others.
There is also a section where a little boy breakdances through the hook, and that’s probably the best part of the whole video.
Now that we know where to keep up with these adorable kids, we’ll definitely be visiting their YouTube channel often. You can watch their “Fia” dance cover right here:
